Bollywood Bites Customers Welcome Celebrity Chef Sanjay’s New Vegan Entrées Along with Live Stand-up Comedy and Karaoke at his Sherman Oaks, California Restaurant

Customers enjoy great Indian food and a new destination for entertainment on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA—In August, 2018, Celebrity Chef Sanjay Patel launched a new menu at both Bollywood Bites restaurants featuring a new vegan-friendly menu—combined with offering the Sherman Oaks restaurant as a destination for stand-up comedy, karaoke and cooking classes located at 13355 Ventura Blvd. The September events at the Sherman Oaks location include Karaoke Night September 14th, Comedy Night September 21st and “Cooking with Chef Sanjay” September 29th. Chef Sanjay Patel, dubbed “Hollywood’s Prince of the Palate,” is grateful that the community has taken so well to the new menu items as well as the new events line-up. “Our heart is in our food. Our customers love our food. Now we also want to use our beautiful space to offer entertainment options for our customers. We had a great turnout in August and customers are telling us that they like it and to please continue,” says Chef Sanjay.

The Sherman Oaks location had a packed house for their first Comedy Night in August, as well as at the MJ Dinner Party, where Celebrity Chef Sanjay unveiled his exclusive MJ Menu on Michael Jackson’s birthday, August 29th. Chef Sanjay states, “I wanted MJ fans to gather and experience Michael’s favorite dishes. It was a very special evening.” At the MJ Dinner Party, Chef Sanjay described private moments he shared with Michael while serving as his personal chef for five years. The MJ Menu is available on Mondays at the Sherman Oaks location only.

In addition to the new special events this month, Bollywood Bites offers Buy One Get One 50% off Lunch Specials on Mon – Fri from 11 AM- 3 PM, and Happy Hour Specials from 3PM-6PM on Mon – Fri, with $5.00 Beer or Wine and a Free Appetizer!
